NDA (II) 2025 : key details for application form

 Here are the key details of the NDA‑II (2025) application form presented clearly and informatively:


📌 Notification & Application Timeline


Notification release: May 28, 2025  


Application window: May 28 – June 17, 2025 (later extended to June 20 by 11:59 PM)  


Exam date: September 14, 2025  


🧑 Eligibility Criteria


Age: Candidates must be born between January 2, 2007 and January 1, 2010 (~16½–19½ yrs)  


Gender/Marital Status: Unmarried male and female candidates eligible  


Education:


Army wing: Class 12 (any stream) pass or appearing  


Navy/Air Force (including Naval Academy): Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics  



Citizenship: Indian citizens; also Nepal/Bhutan nationals or Tibetan refugees eligible as per UPSC rules  


🧾 Application Steps (Two-Part Process)


Part I – Registration


1. Visit UPSC portal (upsconline.nic.in or upsc.gov.in)



2. Create One-Time Registration (OTR): Include personal, contact, and educational details



3. Choose preferred branches (Army, Navy, Air Force)



4. Preview & submit - you’ll receive a Registration ID  




Part II – Application Form


1. Log in using Registration ID/email/mobile + OTP



2. Upload required documents:


Passport-size photo (20–300 KB, JPG)


Signature (20–300 KB, JPG, ≥350 px width)


Photo ID proof (Aadhaar, passport, etc.)


Class 10 & 12 certificates; caste/disability etc. if applicable  




3. Select three exam centres, in order of preference  



4. Pay the application fee: ₹100 for General/OBC; exempt for SC/ST, women, JCOs/NCOs/ORs  



5. Preview all entries, tick declaration, submit, and download the confirmation page

Dates: 3-day window opening around June 26, 2025 (exact dates to be announced); typically early July  


Procedure: Log in, make permitted corrections (like choices, uploads), submit again
